Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands. We offer car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management services through a global network of over 9,500 locations in more than 90 countries and territories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also handling behind-the-scenes operational tasks.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team through our structured program.
• Engage in hands-on learning with guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure success.
• Build community relationships essential for growing your own business.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while prioritizing customer needs.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition to drive business growth and personal success.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past three years, regardless of points.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on your driving record in the past five years.
• Must have a minimum of one year of experience (within the last five years) in one of the following areas:
  • Sales (commission-based or with set goals/bonus potential).
  • Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
  • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
