About the role

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you’ll master the skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You’ll also engage with the community to build essential relationships for growing your own business.

We’ll teach you to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a focus on putting customers first. Our culture of friendly competition is key to growing our business—and your success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering behind-the-scenes operations.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team through hands-on training.
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential for business growth.
• Develop expertise in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition to drive business success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years, regardless of points.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past five years.
• Minimum of one year of experience (within the last five years) in one of the following areas:
  • Commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
  • Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
  • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
