Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. We offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team through our structured program.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential for growing your own business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while prioritizing customer needs.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years, regardless of points.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past five years.
• Must have a minimum of one year of experience (within the last five years) in one of the following areas:
  • Sales—commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
  • Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
  • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
