About the role

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you’ll master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you’ll receive guidance, mentoring, and support to succeed. You’ll also engage with the community to build relationships essential for growing your own business. The program covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a focus on putting customers first. Our culture of friendly competition is key to growing our business—and your success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering behind-the-scenes operations.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team through structured training.
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential for business growth.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Embrace a culture of friendly competition to drive business and personal success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
