About the role

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. This well-structured program provides hands-on rotations in various departments, allowing you to gain in-depth knowledge of our business while developing leadership skills. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to prepare for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Requirements

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
  • Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including:
    • Active driver's license.
    • At least 21 years of age.
    • DOT medical certification.
    • Documentation of previous employment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
  • Business or related academic major.
  • Leadership or management experience through campus or extracurricular activities.
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
