Assistant Store Manager

• Support the Store Manager (deputizing when required) in managing the daily operation of the store to ensure customers have an amazing experience.
• Maximize sales, maintain store standards, and motivate your team.
• Manage inventory and move products in accordance with customer demand to impact the business daily.

Department Manager

• Own a department, focusing on maximizing its sales, inventory, and standards.
• Manage inventory, move products in accordance with customer demand, and review/manage planograms and period layouts.
• Be commercial by identifying trends and ordering merchandise daily to drive sales.

Visual Merchandizing Manager

• Responsible for the visual proposition across the store and leading a high-performing visual merchandising team.
• Collaborate with the Store Management team to deliver impactful visual displays that exceed customer expectations and maximize sales.
• Serve as the creative ambassador for in-store visual merchandising.

Team Leader

• Motivate and coach your team of Sales Associates to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimizing sales.
• Lead a team by providing ‘in the moment’ coaching and training on Primark ways of working with ongoing feedback.
• Support the colleague experience with an emphasis on recognition, communication, and well-being.
