About the role
We are a growing McDonald's restaurant company seeking motivated, customer-obsessed leaders to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and the team to deliver great quality food, fast with high levels of hospitality and a reasonable profit.
- Assist in developing future leaders by running one of three departments: Kitchen/Quality, People, Guest Services/Hospitality.
Requirements
- Highly motivated individuals who can work well with others and engage with customers and crew daily.
- No formal education required; comprehensive training provided.
- Some management experience preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends is recommended for full-time positions.
- Weekend availability is required for full-time positions.
