About the role
As a Restaurant Manager at our PDQ restaurant, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Guests' expectations are exceeded and their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Train and develop Team Members to provide a high-quality guest experience.
- Manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations effectively.
- Maintain high standards of quality and adhere to PDQ's operational guidelines.
- Order and receive products efficiently to support business goals.
- Schedule and manage shifts to optimize team productivity.
- Analyze and interpret financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coach and recognize the efforts and achievements of Team Members.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in roles such as shift manager or assistant restaurant manager in quick-service restaurants.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and positively impact P&L statements.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- A passion for guest service and creating a positive Team Member experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Proven track record of success in similar roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
