About the role
PwC's Specialty/Competency is in the Managed Services Industry. The role is full-time with up to 80% travel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee large-scale support and optimization projects for healthcare providers
- Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare executives, utilizing operational knowledge
- Drive performance enhancements across distributed teams
- Lead enterprise-level Epic managed services programs to maintain stability
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through clear communication
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives within technology-enabled environments
- Collaborate with teams to enhance application support and governance
- Analyze performance metrics to increase the benefit of Epic resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Epic certification in modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Cadence, ClinDoc, Resolute, MyChart, Cogito, ECSA, Orders)
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health preferred
- Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs
- Understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance
- Proven success managing distributed delivery teams
- Developing service dashboards and operational performance metrics
- Demonstrating financial acumen in managing revenue engagements
- Excelling in client relationship management
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Experience managing large-scale managed services engagements
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
