About the role

As part of the Epic Managed Services team, you will oversee large-scale support and optimization engagements for healthcare providers. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to healthcare executives, leveraging your influence and operational knowledge to deliver exceptional outcomes while driving performance across distributed teams. This role offers the chance to lead enterprise Epic managed services programs, securing operational stability and continuous improvement while strengthening long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee large-scale support and optimization projects for healthcare providers
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare executives, utilizing operational knowledge
  • Drive performance enhancements across distributed teams
  • Lead enterprise-level Epic managed services programs to maintain stability
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through clear communication
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within technology-enabled environments
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance application support and governance
  • Analyze performance metrics to increase the benefit of Epic resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience
  • Epic certification in modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Cadence, ClinDoc, Resolute, MyChart, Cogito, ECSA, Orders)

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health preferred
  • Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs
  • Understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance
  • Proven success managing distributed delivery teams
  • Developing service dashboards and operational performance metrics
  • Demonstrated financial acumen in managing revenue engagements
  • Excelling in client relationship management
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Experience managing large-scale managed services engagements

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
