Responsibilities

  • Design and implement modifications to assigned Epic system applications
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues while mentoring junior team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess requirements for new initiatives
  • Lead operational work groups to enhance healthcare workflows
  • Consult with Epic representatives and subject matter experts for impactful solutions
  • Maintain exemplary standards of quality and professionalism in deliverables
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients
  • Navigate complex situations to deliver innovative outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in Epic system applications

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred
  • Proven experience in leading project management initiatives
  • Advanced knowledge of Epic and US healthcare workflows
  • Demonstrated innovative problem-solving and communication skills
  • Mentoring and developing team members effectively
  • Managing multiple broad-scope projects simultaneously
  • Collaborating across teams to develop change management strategies
  • Understanding industry standards and audit requirements
  • Knowledge of patient care databases and financial applications

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
