Responsibilities
- Design and implement modifications to assigned Epic system applications
- Analyze and resolve complex issues while mentoring junior team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess requirements for new initiatives
- Lead operational work groups to enhance healthcare workflows
- Consult with Epic representatives and subject matter experts for impactful solutions
- Maintain exemplary standards of quality and professionalism in deliverables
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients
- Navigate complex situations to deliver innovative outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Epic system applications
- Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred
- Proven experience in leading project management initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of Epic and US healthcare workflows
- Demonstrating innovative problem-solving and communication skills
- Mentoring and developing team members effectively
- Managing multiple broad-scope projects simultaneously
- Collaborating across teams to develop change management strategies
- Understanding industry standards and audit requirements
- Knowledge of patient care databases and financial applications
Pay
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
