Job Summary
At PwC, our Epic Consulting team specializes in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions. The Senior Associate role involves designing, configuring, testing, and implementing changes to assigned Epic system applications, analyzing complex problems, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining rigorous standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating increasingly complex situations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement modifications to assigned Epic system applications
- Analyze and resolve complex issues while mentoring junior team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess requirements for new initiatives
- Lead operational work groups to enhance healthcare workflows
- Consult with Epic representatives and subject matter experts for impactful solutions
- Maintain exemplary standards of quality and professionalism in deliverables
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients
- Navigate complex situations to deliver innovative outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Epic system applications

- Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred
- Proven experience in leading project management initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of Epic and US healthcare workflows

Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
