Mammography Technologist | Full Time

About the role

The Mammography Technologist will perform mammographic procedures to produce imaging using mammography technology to assist physicians with formulating a medical diagnosis, while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammographic procedures using mammography technology
• Aid physicians in diagnosing medical conditions through imaging
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Successful completion of a radiology program at an accredited school
• Current registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
• State licensure as required in TN
• BCLS certification required

Qualifications

• Tennessee residency preferred
• Experience with mammography equipment and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Skills

• Proficient in mammography equipment operation
