Mammography Technologist - Full Time

About the role

Seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform mammography imaging procedures, ensuring high‑quality images and patient safety. The role involves operating mammography and imaging equipment, communicating effectively with patients and healthcare teams, and maintaining imaging standards while contributing to a mission of excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammography and related imaging equipment to produce diagnostic‑quality images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain imaging standards, quality control, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Technologist (Entry Level): Graduate from an accredited Imaging Program, ARRT registry or registry‑eligible, with BLS certification; no experience required.
• Advanced Technologist: 1+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree, ARRT (R)(M), and BLS certification.
• Senior Technologist: 1+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree, ARRT (R)(M) plus an advanced registry, and BLS certification.
• Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and a collaborative attitude aligned with the organization’s focus on innovative, technology‑driven, compassionate healthcare delivery.
