Major Account Manager - North
About the Role
Logitech is the market leader in video conferencing, with double-digit above-market growth over the past several quarters. As the fastest-growing business in Logitech, our team operates like an agile startup within the stability of an established company. The Public Sector Major Accounts Manager will join the Public Sector East region, supporting Major accounts in the northern part of the region, specifically in State & Local Government, Education, and nonprofit sectors.
In this role, you will drive Logitech’s presence through direct engagement with key decision-makers and influencers, defining solutions that meet partner needs and exceed business expectations. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales Engineers, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing functions. Travel is required for internal meetings, industry conferences, and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate project pipeline and track it through tools and data reporting, with proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Focus on prospecting new accounts and developing top SLED (State, Local, Education) accounts within your territory and vertical focus.
- Win deals, RFPs, and standards, including tough accounts, while delivering quarterly revenue commitments and strong forecasts.
- Create compelling stories and presentations, leveraging innovative technologies such as AI.
- Manage the sales cycle, including client presentations and demos.
- Partner with channel partners, including System Integrators and VARs, to fulfill customer requirements.
- Listen to and aggregate customer feedback, providing insights on market trends and the competitive landscape to the product management team.
- Streamline feedback to improve selling and operational efficiencies as the business grows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Customer Success Managers (CSM), Sales Engineers (SE), and HQ resources, to deliver an elite customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven relevant sales experience in the public sector with an assigned sales quota.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Experience selling Unified Communications (UC) and a strong understanding of cloud solutions.
- Previous experience building strategic public sector account plans.
- Sales experience in Video Collaboration is preferred.
- Proficiency in social media tools such as LinkedIn and Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Rigorous reporting and pipeline management via Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ability to conduct hands-on solution demos in-person with customers.

Pay
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $104,500 and $151,000, depending on location and experience.
Schedule
Logitech offers a hybrid work model, allowing some employees to work remotely while others work on-premises. This role may require travel for internal meetings, industry conferences, and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships.
