Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and Managing Reservations
  • Answering the Phone, Emails, and Text Messages from Guests
  • Managing and Training other FOH Staff on Hosting and Canapé Service
  • Assist with the Bar Service Program, as scheduling needs require
  • Greet and Welcome Guests, ensuring a High Standard of Hospitality
  • Cook with the Chef and FOH Staff to Ensure Timely and Efficient Service
  • Handle Guest’s Feedback, Resolving them in a Professional Manner
  • Maintain an Updated Knowledge of the Menu, Beverage List, and Specials
  • Coordinate with the Chef and FOH Staff to Ensure Timely and Efficient Service
  • Manage VIP Guests and Special Events to Ensure an Exceptional Experience
  • Regularly Review Product for Quality
  • Organize and Supervise Shifts
  • Ensure Compliance with Sanitation and Safety Regulations
  • Promote the Brand in the Local Community through Word-of-Mouth and Restaurant Events
  • Foster a Collaborative Spirit by Supporting your Colleagues
  • Interact with Guests and Team Members with Warmth and Professionalism
  • Ensure Thoughtfulness, Accuracy, and Precision in All Aspects of Service

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maitre’d or in a similar role in Hospitality
  • Prioritization of candidates with Bartending experience
  • Passion for Hospitality and the ability to provide exceptional service and create lasting memories for our guests
  • Warm and Professional communication and leadership skills
  • A reliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Fully available to work nights and weekends, including Holidays
