Responsibilities
- Coordinating and Managing Reservations
- Answering the Phone, Emails, and Text Messages from Guests
- Managing and Training other FOH Staff on Hosting and Canapé Service
- Assist with the Bar Service Program, as scheduling needs require
- Greet and Welcome Guests, ensuring a High Standard of Hospitality
- Cook with the Chef and FOH Staff to Ensure Timely and Efficient Service
- Handle Guest’s Feedback, Resolving them in a Professional Manner
- Maintain an Updated Knowledge of the Menu, Beverage List, and Specials
- Coordinate with the Chef and FOH Staff to Ensure Timely and Efficient Service
- Manage VIP Guests and Special Events to Ensure an Exceptional Experience
- Regularly Review Product for Quality
- Organize and Supervise Shifts
- Ensure Compliance with Sanitation and Safety Regulations
- Promote the Brand in the Local Community through Word-of-Mouth and Restaurant Events
- Foster a Collaborative Spirit by Supporting your Colleagues
- Interact with Guests and Team Members with Warmth and Professionalism
- Ensure Thoughtfulness, Accuracy, and Precision in All Aspects of Service
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maitre’d or in a similar role in Hospitality
- Prioritization of candidates with Bartending experience
- Passion for Hospitality and the ability to provide exceptional service and create lasting memories for our guests
- Warm and Professional communication and leadership skills
- A reliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations
- Fully available to work nights and weekends, including Holidays
