Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. The Maintenance Supervisor at Meridian Pointe is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the community.
Responsibilities
- Completes work orders and routine upkeep on the community
- Oversees the “make-ready” process for vacant units
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas
- Inspects work performed by other team members and contractors
- Maintains inventory of spare parts and supplies
- Performs preventative maintenance
- Supports cost-cutting initiatives
- Conducts safety meetings and ensures compliance with safety regulations
- Treats residents and others with respect and responds efficiently to maintenance requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related field
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Ability to apply logical thinking to solve problems
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management
- Mathematical skills for reviewing and completing financial documents
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal (if required)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $35.00-$38.00. Additional compensation includes a quarterly or annual bonus program, paid time off, and robust benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and more.
Schedule
Local, routine travel may be required to attend business meetings, training programs, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
