About the role
The Maintenance Project Manager at SeniorCare Network Pittsburgh, PA is responsible for overseeing and managing building and preventative maintenance tasks in senior living facilities. This role requires a strong focus on safety, detail, and time management, and involves traveling to multiple locations within the region to support residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage building and preventative maintenance tasks in senior living facilities.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently.
- Travel to multiple locations within the region to support residents and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED and an associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited school in one of the following: Electricity, HVAC, Plumbing/Fitting, Welding/Fabricating.
- Two years of related experience OR five years of related work experience and equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HVAC Certification preferred, to be completed within six months of hire and within three years.
- EPA 608 Certification preferred, to be obtained within one year from date of hire.
- Basic computer skills (email, web searching, Microsoft Outlook).
- Ability to use position-specific work order systems.
- Driver’s license and access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities within the same day.
- Effective communication and interaction skills with all visitors, residents, and staff.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must enroll in an HVAC Certification program within six months of hire and complete the program within three years of enrollment. Additionally, candidates must obtain EPA 608 Certification within one year from the date of hire.

Pay
Starting pay is $23.00/hour - $25.00/hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with daylight hours.
