Senior Maintenance Manager
What You'll Do
- Lead maintenance operations for a highly automated facility.
- Coach and develop maintenance managers and technicians.
- Drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze maintenance metrics to improve performance and reduce downtime.
- Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Partner with site leadership to support operational goals.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automated facilities.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, conveyor, controls, and automated systems.
- Proven experience leading teams and improving equipment reliability.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
Compensation
Salary: $145,000–$155,000
20% Annual Bonus
