The Contribution You’ll Bring To This Role Justrite Safety Group/Eagle Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager for our Wellsburg, WV manufacturing facility. This role combines day-to-day operational leadership and providing strategic leadership for maintenance, electrical, and reliability operations across a metal and plastics manufacturing environment. Leads maintenance strategy, reliability improvement, PM programs, planning and scheduling, budgeting and cost control, capital projects, equipment upgrades, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize asset performance, production uptime, and operational efficiency.
