Maintenance Mechanic - Night Shift Opening

Job Duties

• Inspects and tests machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Dismantles and reassembles defective machines and equipment.
• Installs new or repaired parts.
• Assembles, installs, or repairs pipe systems for hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Cleans, lubricates shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery.
• Performs preventative maintenance checks as scheduled.
• Reports all Food Safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
• Fulfills all GMP’s and Safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead person.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting or production environment.
• Able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hi-speed manufacturing and production equipment.

Physical Capabilities

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• May spend long periods of time standing.
