We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations within our industrial manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of production equipment and facility systems to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong electro-mechanical experience and thrives in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pneumatic tools and systems
  • Conveyor systems and automated production lines
  • Cranes and lifting equipment
  • Forklifts and material handling equipment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (battery, chemical, automotive, or similar preferred)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with industrial equipment, automation, or high-speed production lines
  • Experience working in sheet metals with transfer press machinery is strongly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Experience with CMMS systems for tracking maintenance activities preferred
  • Forklift and/or crane certification is a plus
