We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the company? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can use other headings if appropriate? They say use
for any heading. However to stay safe, maybe we can include them under Requirements as additional bullet points. They are substantive. Let's add them under Requirements.
Physical Requirements list:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computers, equipment, and tools.
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and occasional kneeling or crouching, as required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safely in the assigned work environment.
Working Conditions list:
- Industrial manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to hot and humid conditions.
- Exposure to production materials, including limited interaction with manufacturing chemicals while following all required safety procedures and PPE requirements.
We could add these under Requirements or a separate section like "Working Conditions". Since they are substantive, we could add a section "Working Conditions". The instruction didn't forbid; but they said use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can use other headings if appropriate? They say use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings only if content exists. The posting includes "ABOUT THE COMPANY" which could map to "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical but we have "About the company". Could we use "About the role"? Might be okay to use "About the company" as heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to map content to those headings: "About the role" could contain the opportunity description. "Responsibilities" for what you will do. "Requirements" for what you bring (experience, education). "Qualifications" maybe for technical skills? Could combine. "Skills" maybe for communication etc. "Benefits" for what we offer. "Pay" maybe not given explicitly (just "Competitive hourly pay.") That is pay info, so we can include Pay section. "Schedule" maybe not given (shifts mentioned but not schedule specifics). There's mention of ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed. That's schedule info but not specific schedule. Might be considered schedule content? It says "Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed." That's schedule-related. Could include Schedule section with that. However instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive hourly pay." So Pay section is okay. Schedule: mentions ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed. That's schedule info, so we can include Schedule. Benefits: they list benefits, so Benefits section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: EEO/AA Employer M/F/D/V, Job Posted by ApplicantPro, maybe also "Why Join Us?" could be kept as part of About the company? It's substantive but not a standard heading; we could incorporate into About the role or a separate section like "Why Join Us?" but instruction only gave examples; we could still use for any section heading, but better to stick to given headings. However "Why Join Us?" is substantive; we could include it as a paragraph under About the role or under a separate heading like "About the Company". Since they said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings but suggests those. Safer to create a section "About the Company" using About the Company. That seems reasonable.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll structure:
About the Company

We'll structure:
About the Company
About the Company
... content from ABOUT THE COMPANY and Why Join Us? maybe combine.
About the Role
... THE OPPORTUNITY paragraph.
Responsibilities
- ... each bullet from "What You Will Do"
Requirements
- ... from "What You Bring" (education, experience, etc.) maybe split into Requirements and Qualifications? But we can put all in Requirements.
for any heading. However to stay safe, maybe we can include them under Requirements as additional bullet points. They are substantive. Let's add them under Requirements.

Pay section: "Competitive hourly pay." That's already in benefits but we can separate Pay section with that line.
Schedule section: "Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed." That's schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
Now produce HTML.
We'll have:
About the Company
About the Company
... combined paragraphs.
About the Role
... opportunity paragraph.
Responsibilities
- ... li items
Requirements
- ... li items (including education, experience, technical skills, soft skills, physical requirements, working conditions)
Benefits
- ... li items (benefits except pay)
Pay
Competitive hourly pay.
Schedule
Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed.
Check that we didn't repeat job title. No ID. We must ensure we preserve all substantive information: Did we miss anything? The "What You Bring" includes "Experience level will be aligned with demonstrated skill and the appropriate technician level within our Maintenance Progression System." We included that as a bullet. We included "Technical or vocational training..." etc. We included "6 + years..." etc. We included "Advanced expertise..." etc. We included "Strong knowledge of pumps..." etc. We included "Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues..." etc. We included "Demonstrate strong technical competence while mentoring others..." etc. We included "Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills" We included "Commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement" We included "Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed." (but we also put that in Schedule section; we might duplicate. Better to keep it only in Schedule section, not duplicate in Requirements. So remove from Requirements list. We also need to include "Physical Requirements" and "Working Conditions" bullets; we haven't added them yet. Let's add them to Requirements list. Now Benefits list: exclude pay. So: - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits. - Retirement savings plans with company contributions. - Employer-paid life and short-term disability insurance. - Optional voluntary benefits. - Generous paid time off and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). - Opportunities for growth and development within a global, forward-thinking company. Check we didn't miss "Competitive hourly pay." Already in Pay section. Now ensure we didn
