About the Role
Follow all PCB procedures and forms in compliance with ISO 9001. Clean and maintain the office, plant, visitors' residence, and grounds according to an established schedule.
Responsibilities
- Promote teamwork, cooperation, and commitment to “Total Customer Satisfaction” among team members.
- Complete assigned weekly maintenance schedule with minimal supervision.
- Dust, mop, vacuum office furniture, plant areas, and floors.
- Clean restrooms, lunchroom fixtures, and appliances; replace supplies.
- Remove waste materials from the plant and office areas.
- Assist with set-ups for employee social activities.
- Ensure the quality of cleanliness and regular maintenance for satisfaction and safety of all who enter PCB buildings and grounds.
- Select appropriate materials for cost-effective and safe completion of tasks.
- Drive company vehicle daily to make deliveries.
- Use hand and power equipment.
- Maintain safe work habits per PCB standards and procedures.
- Perform other duties as directed for the efficient operation of the maintenance team and PCB.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations.
- May be required to have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a record of safe driving.
- Travel as needed.
- Access to “controlled technology” as defined in the Export Administration Regulations and “technical data” as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations; must be legally authorized to access such technology prior to beginning work.
