About the role

Join our Maintenance Team as a Custodian in a fun and rewarding environment. We are looking for dynamic and dependable individuals who share our passion for powersports and thrive in a fast-paced, exciting industry.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and disinfect all areas inside restrooms, offices, showroom, and break areas
  • Stock facilities with supplies
  • Sweep/mop all areas of the warehouse
  • Vacuum offices and showroom rugs
  • Remove trash in accordance with established procedures
  • Clean inside and outside of windows
  • Maintain areas outside of the warehouse, such as picking up debris and litter
  • Perform snow/ice removal from sidewalks and parking lot during winter months
  • Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, committing to a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of custodial responsibilities, including cleaning techniques and processes
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
  • Understanding of the qualities and uses of various cleaning and sanitizing compounds
  • Experience cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
  • Ability to demonstrate the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, and practice safe work habits
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow units of measure on product labels
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
  • Ability to understand and read instructions, including numbers and specifications
  • Must be able to work scheduled hours
  • Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride of work, quality, desire to learn, and dependability
  • Collaborative team player who is willing to work with others and independently

Physical Requirements

  • Regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes, including steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces
  • Ability to safely negotiate warehouse work areas
  • Vision abilities including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus
  • Frequent use of hands to handle tools, objects, materials, and controls
  • Frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Ability to read, write, and understand basic English
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds with assistance or independently if capable

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday: 5:00 am - 10:30 am
  • Monday-Friday: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

Pay

$15 per hour
