Maintenance Custodian

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repair including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and vehicle maintenance.
• Clean assigned campus areas such as offices, classrooms, common spaces, and bathrooms; dust and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty and clean wastebaskets.
• Strip, clean, buff, and apply floor sealer and finish to hard‑surface floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets.
• Assist with set‑up of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Safely operate all vehicles and other job‑related equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to work off ladders at heights.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Availability for part‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm (part‑time).
