Maintenance Custodian

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Custodian to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties across various facility areas, including offices, kitchens, restrooms, production floors, and outdoor grounds. Responsibilities Include Using cleaning equipment such as mops, vacuums, and floor scrubbers to maintain cleanliness.Restocking and cleaning restrooms, kitchens, and break areas.Removing trash and ensuring windows and furniture are kept tidy.Relocating furniture and replacing light bulbs as needed.Performing cleaning tasks on office spaces, production areas, and outside property.Completing additional duties assigned by leadership. Qualifications Include Must be at least 16 years old, with 18+ for work involving heights or electrical tasks.High school diploma or GED preferred.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with ability to operate cleaning tools safely.Ability to work independently, lift up to 80 lbs, and read/interpret instructions in English.Reliable, able to perform overtime, and effective communicator. Compensation: The hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.91, depending on skills and location.
