Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleanliness of AliMed buildings.
- Normal maintenance of office spaces, bathrooms, conference rooms and common areas.
- Affords assistance with and performance of semi-skilled tasks of a general nature in connection with maintenance, repair and construction tasks in the upkeep of buildings, equipment and grounds.
- Inspects properties and communicates with management regarding proper grounds keeping and general cleanup and maintenance.
- Performs general grounds keeping on an as needed basis.
- Snow and ice removal with shovels, snow blowers, and a snowplow equipped vehicle in season.
- Prepares requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning.
- Performs other maintenance tasks as assigned.
Education And/or Work Experience Requirements
- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to do basic math.
- Has good organizational skills.
- Requires attention to details and ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to >70 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.
