8 hours/day, Monday‑Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Effective date of employment: ASAP)

Assist with cafeteria duties 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Repair and maintain building systems such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, RTU's, DDC.
Assist the building and district mechanical specialists.
Maintain PRV's and roof drains, clean roof decks and cooling coils as needed or assigned.
Divide maintenance and custodial work and time as needed or assigned.
Clean building areas and move and assemble furniture, etc.
Assist with building "set‑ups" and "tear‑downs" as needed or assigned.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Maintenance experience in a public or commercial building, including preventative maintenance and the ability to work independently.
2nd Class C boilers license required; 1st Class C boilers license preferred.
Hands‑on working experience with mechanical and electrical equipment including building automation systems.
Ability to repair grounds and custodial equipment.
Good attendance record and punctual.
Desire to work in a cooperative manner and team environment.
Positive work performance evaluations.
No recent disciplinary actions.
Positive interview and good references from current and previous supervisors.
Physically qualified to perform assigned duties including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and display flexibility in cleaning and maintenance assignments.
Minimum score of 50% correct on the required exam.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community preferred.
