About the role

Paragon Properties is hiring a Maintenance Custodian for their Clinton Township community.

Responsibilities

• Common area cleaning
• Trash removal
• Basic repairs
• Light groundskeeping work as needed
• Use hand and power tools
• Handle cleaning chemicals correctly
• Stay on top of property needs without constant direction

Requirements

• Experience with cleaning and light maintenance tasks
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and proper handling
• Comfort using basic hand tools and power tools
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• A valid driver's license is recommended

Qualifications

• Pre‑employment background check
• Drug screening
• Physical examination

Ability to work independently and stay productive without close supervision; self‑direction and ownership of details.

Pay

Up to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; no nights, no weekends, no on‑call rotation.
