About the role
This position performs maintenance tasks within the facility, covering all aspects of facility maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities
- Drywall and paint work requiring extensive experience
- Troubleshooting and repairing various equipment
- Performing maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility
Qualifications
- Functional literacy in English
- Experience with paint, tile, and drywall
- Experience with electrical work
- Reliable transportation and a cell phone
- Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred
- An HVAC license is a plus
Schedule
Full-time with a flexible schedule required.
