Summary: Maintenance worker responsible for all household repairs. This includes but is not limited to electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, turning vacant apartments, etc.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Drivers license and access to valid transportation to work across the property
