About the role

This position involves delivering mail on a part-time basis on a CDS mail route solicited and posted by the USPS in the Watford City, ND area.

Responsibilities

- Sorting mail in delivery sequence for active boxes. - Loading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into delivery vehicle. - Delivering mail along an assigned mile line-of-travel. - Dismounting if required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items. - Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

- Applicants must be at least 19 years of age with a valid North Dakota driver's license. - Able to lift 70 lbs. - Must reside in the Watford City, ND area.

Qualifications

- Must provide your own vehicle meeting postal regulations and driving requirements. - Liability insurance of $100,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $600,000 (CSL). - Responsible for vehicle maintenance, fuel, and insurance costs. - Eligible for vehicle reimbursement paid on top of hourly pay.

Benefits

- Immediate start date. - Hours: Day shift, generally two days per week, including at least two Saturdays per month, from 8:00am to 2:00pm. - Pay: $26.11/hour plus vehicle reimbursement. - Straight time, health and welfare, holiday pay, and vehicle reimbursement paid hourly. - Benefits paid as cash equivalency up to the maximum of 40 hours per week, per the DoL Wage Determination under the Service Contract Act. - Rate of pay and cash equivalent benefits exceed the requirements set by the Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division.

Pay

$26.11/hour PLUS vehicle reimbursement

Schedule
