Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Edit G-code programs as needed
- Deburr parts and maintain quality standards
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Track and prioritize jobs according to schedule requirements
- Enter job information into SAP
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
- Participate in daily production and tier meetings
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring tools, including: Calipers, Outside Micrometers (OD Mics), Steel Rulers, Height Gauges, Depth Micrometers
- Ability to follow quality procedures and manufacturing instructions
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of CNC machining experience (preferred but not required)

- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with SAP or manufacturing systems
