Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Edit G-code programs as needed
• Deburr parts and maintain quality standards
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Track and prioritize jobs according to schedule requirements
• Enter job information into SAP
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
• Participate in daily production and tier meetings

Required Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using precision measuring tools, including: Calipers, Outside Micrometers (OD Mics), Steel Rulers, Height Gauges, Depth Micrometers
• Ability to follow quality procedures and manufacturing instructions
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of CNC machining experience (preferred but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with SAP or manufacturing systems
