About the role
Parker Hannifin Hydraulic Actuator Division in Enumclaw, WA is seeking an Advanced CNC Machinist on 1st shift to set up and operate machining equipment to produce actuators that go on large industrial equipment. Sign on bonus for Machinists available up to $1,500. 1st shift is from 5 AM - 1:30 PM.
Responsibilities
We’re looking for team players to provide our customers with high-quality products, systems and services across a wide range of industries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setups machines on repeat jobs with existing programs.
- Loads, unloads, deburrs and does all inspection of any part created.
- Moves offsets and performs simple editing on the control.
- Actively participates in High Performance Teams and company-sponsored training programs.
- Completes additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Minimum three years’ experience as a CNC lathe, shapers, hobbers (& manual gear checking equipment), or mill operator or the equivalent
Pay
Pay Range: $27.78/hr to $32.51/hr, with participation in Annual Incentive Program
