Hours
2nd Shift – 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Pay
$29.85 – $33.85 per hour (depending on experience) plus a $1.00 shift premium.
Basic Skill Requirements
- Read and understand CNC program language; must pass proficiency tests.
- Read and write basic math.
- Use inspection instruments.
- Perform minor preventative maintenance (PM) on equipment.
- Basic computer/technology skills.
- Use basic hand tools to perform minor PM on equipment.
Job Description
- Perform proper set‑ups and operate all machines according to work instructions.
- Inspect and gauge parts per work instructions.
- Make tool offsets in CNC programs as needed.
- Perform minor preventative maintenance on equipment as required.
- Track and document hourly production and set‑up times; maintain accurate records.
- Repair fixtures and tooling.
- Unpack, wash, and repack shipments as required, including tech cell and job shop assignments.
- Provide training as required.
