Machine Rotator - 3rd shift

Starting pay: $20.75/hour plus an additional $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift.

• Full-time position
• 80% production, 20% sanitation

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment with simple functions
• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup
• Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, and equipment operation to maintain product elegance and safety
• Complete various quality checks
• Clean floors, fixtures, and walls using standard cleaning supplies to maintain a neat appearance
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed
• Follow sanitation schedules to conduct and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line
• Use and document chemical use to stated concentrations and for appropriate applications
• Verify and document that correct chemicals and concentrations are used and that cleaning and sanitizing is complete to pass all micro indicator tests
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including bump cap, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, hair and beard nets, gloves, and safety shoes or rubber boots
• Complete all required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP) using SAP, SOPs, safety operations, and training as appropriate
• Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced, production environment
• Able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods
• Able to work in varying temperature conditions
