Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for operating production equipment and assembling components into machined valve bodies. This role includes hands-on assembly, machine operation, quality checks, and material handling to support a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. You may also assist with washing, deburring, packing, and replenishing parts while maintaining accurate production and quality records. You will keep work areas clean and safe and follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Required
- Ability to read and write in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable with repetitive motion, standing, bending, and lifting
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (preferred)
- Experience with quality inspection, SPC, or lot control (preferred)

Physical Requirements
- Stand up to 8 hours per shift
- Lift up to 10 lbs continuously; 25–50 lbs occasionally
- Repetitive hand and arm movement
- Bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work safely around machinery
- Wear safety gear, ESD straps, and protective equipment
