Long term temporary to hire roles.2nd shift: 2:00pm- 12:00am or 3:00pm-1:00am, Mon - Thu and Fri if needed are 1:00pm-9:00pm (Shift hours can change due to work load) - $18.25/hr.Must be able to work possible OT when offered!Job Summary: Machine Operators are responsible for monitoring and controlling the production machinery, ensuring they are operating in accordance with prints and order specifications.Responsibilities include:Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.Utilize basic math and mechanical knowledge to ensure accurate measurements and machining processes.Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, ensuring optimal performance.Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and adhere to safety standards.Employ lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow and reduce waste.Requirements:3+ years of experience;Lift 25lbs or more;Read a tape measure and blueprints;Have reliable transportation;Have steel toe boots;The ability to work your scheduled shift - attendance is crucial.
