About the role

Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is seeking full-time Machine Operators for its Lewis Run, PA location. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely operate equipment and perform other functions to maximize equipment utilization, quality and team harmony.
• Maintain control conditions by making necessary adjustments.
• Accurately observe, measure and record product / process data to ensure product quality.
• Contribute actively to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Accurately document production operations.
• Receive and move material to efficiently maintain production schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job-related information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation

Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and location. Base pay is part of the total compensation and benefits package offered to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
