Responsibilities
- Manually set up baler in accordance with proper operating techniques and specs.
- Inspect baler before and after a run to ensure any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
- Ensure all parts for the baler are in place and tightly secured.
- Monitor quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Forklift experience.
- The ability to multi-task and keep up with the pace of production while maintaining excellent quality and meeting machine efficiency goals for setup and run speeds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Mathematical and problem-solving ability, and an ability to effectively utilize a tape measure.
- Must be willing to work overtime as required including Saturdays when needed.
