Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain quality and production standards while operating equipment
- General cleaning of operational equipment (labeler brushes, packer air bags, infeed rails, spills, etc.)
- Possess overall knowledge and understanding of the entire production line
- Absorb and execute numerous product changes, boxes, labels, etc.
- Stack and un-stack cases; pack boxes
- Inspect bottles and cases
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Quality at the Source testing, where applicable to operations
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and systems to monitor food safety, food safety culture, quality and facility cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
Food Safety Responsibilities
- Producing product free of contamination
- Following all Ken’s Foods SQF, Security and GMP policies
- Reporting any suspicious activities anywhere in or around the plant
- Inspection of work area for any possible product contamination issues on a continuous basis
