About the role

We are currently hiring for Machine Operators at our Muskogee, OK manufacturing facility. This is a fast-paced, financially sound, climate-controlled environment.

Note: Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM (3rd shift)
• Some overtime required

Responsibilities

• Prepare machine for production by positioning and securing material
• Determine the sequence of operations by studying blueprints, specifications, and work orders
• Set up and maintain tooling in Turret Punch and Panel Bender
• Regulate machining speed and process by setting and adjusting controls
• Maintain specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls
• Resolve production problems by altering process to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
• Document actions by completing production and quality logs
• Contribute to team effort working in other areas as needed
• Maintain an orderly and tidy work environment

Requirements

• Attention to detail, safety, and quality
• Ability to work with controls and instrumentation
• Ability to interface with modern touchscreen automated equipment
• Basic Microsoft Office/Windows knowledge
• Capable of solving problems and using good judgment in making decisions
• Ability to read and work from prints, schematics, and technical bulletins
• Ability to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and standing for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay

• Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience
• 3rd shift differential
• Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
