Machine Operator - 2Nd Shift - Chocolate Manf.

Responsibilities

• Operate the chocolate production equipment used for panning and enrobing
• Lead and support 2nd shift production team members
• Monitor equipment, product flow, and finished product quality
• Load and unload tanks, trays, tubs, pans, ingredients, and production materials
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and cleaning
• Complete required production, quality, cleaning, and food safety documentation accurately
• Perform routine quality checks and report product or equipment concerns
• Follow all company safety, food safety, GMP, SQF, sanitation, and allergen control procedures
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
• Communicate equipment, quality, material, safety, or production concerns to the appropriate team members

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Prior machine operation experience preferred
• Chocolate, confectionery, food manufacturing, or production experience is a plus
• Leadership, line lead, or team lead experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow written procedures, safety rules, and production instructions
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and basic math skills
• Able to complete documentation accurately
• Able to communicate clearly and work well with others
• High school diploma or GED preferred
