Machine Operator 2nd shift

About the role

AriensCo is seeking motivated and experienced 2nd shift Machine Operators. You could be working with equipment ranging from Brake Presses, Lasers, or even automated Presses. Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machine and tools
• Liv[e] and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Verify parts are being made correctly with functional gauges/devices
• Complete required paperwork (In Process Verification's, production control charts and others as required by work center)
• Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks to standard work
• Operate machine or tool to standard work
• Interpret Blue prints to produce parts to print specification
• Aid[...] team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
• Ability to problem solve effectively

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Working knowledge of Blue Print reading
• Capable of performing multiple fabrication processes adhering to standard work
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Able to work as part of a team

Pay & Schedule

Pay: Starts at $18/hour + $1.00 per hr shift diff.
Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 3:00PM-1:30AM with occasional Friday's
