MAC Operator

About the role

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong research and analytical skills to contribute to projects focused on advancing next-generation AI technologies. In this role, you will help evaluate, benchmark, and improve cutting-edge AI models by creating high-quality research materials, assessing AI-generated responses, and providing structured feedback. This opportunity is ideal for early-career professionals or graduate students who enjoy research, critical thinking, and written communication. No prior experience working with AI is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online research using reliable sources to answer complex questions across a variety of subject areas.
• Create high-quality research questions, reference answers, and evaluation materials to support AI model development.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and reasoning quality.
• Summarize information from multiple sources into clear, concise, and well-structured responses.
• Apply critical thinking to identify factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with project teams while maintaining high standards for quality and consistency.
• Complete assignments independently and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, or possess a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Degree or professional background in STEM, business, humanities, social sciences, or another analytical discipline.
• Strong online research, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear and accurate summaries.
• Experience evaluating technical or research-based content is a plus.
• An interdisciplinary academic or professional background is advantageous.

Technical Requirements

• Access to a compatible Apple MacBook for project work.
• Supported devices include:
  • MacBook Pro with Apple Silicon (M-series chip)
  • MacBook Air with Apple Silicon (M-series chip)
• macOS 15 or later is required.

Schedule

• Part-time contract.
• Approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on project availability and contributor capacity.
• Flexible remote work schedule.
