About the role
Concierge is the lead on the Concierge Desk at the MAC. Their main purpose is to sign members and guests up for programming for all programs the MAC offers.
Responsibilities
- Greeting each Members and Guests
- Accept ownership and responsibility
- Maintain knowledge on current club programs
- Scheduling/reserving courts
- Sign-up for program registration
- Problem solving
- POS Transactions
- Answering phones, paging, and placing calls to VM
- Great Customer service for both members and guests
- In depth knowledge of Club Automation software at the MAC
- Handles POS daily
- Assists with POS and Concierge desk training to Caregivers
Requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Minimum one year experience as a concierge caregiver or desk attendant
- High school diploma, GED, or successful completion of 12 grades combined with continued enrollment in early college program
- Demonstrated ability to use a keyboard as required for essential duties
Skills
- Great customer service skills and ability to communicate well with people (preferred)
Schedule
Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
