Member Duties
The Success Coach ACM position is responsible for creating and implementing a high-quality Beyond School Program. This in-office/in-person, full-time position requires someone skilled in communication, scheduling, and logistics, as well as the ability to connect with both adults and students. The Success Coach must be resourceful, focusing on students' academic and life skills growth, helping them develop lifelong success habits. They must maintain positive, appropriate behavior even in challenging situations with at-risk youth. Typical service hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., Monday through Friday (including breaks).
