M&A Attorney (7+ Years)
About the role
The firm seeks an attorney with 7+ years of relevant law firm experience to join its Mergers & Acquisitions practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition and initiative and should have the stated years of relevant law firm experience, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters.

Requirements
- NC Bar admission (or ability to waive in)
- Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics
- Excellent written, analytical and verbal skills
Qualifications

- Experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents
- Experience managing deal process and client relationships
- Experience supervising junior associates
- Experience handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters
